37 female. blood work showed egfr of 75 and creatinine level of 86. would this be an indication of chronic kidney disease or are these normal levels ?

Borderline: Your eGFR is lower than the desired level of greater than 90. It would be prudent to consult a kidney doctor, nephrologist, for an evaluation and advice about steps you may need to take to keep it stable. If you have high blood pressure and/or of diabetes, it is very important to treat these properly and consistently.
