In my urinalysis, after 10 hours of fasting, the result shows three positive or plus signs in the protein. however, my creatinine is within normal range. my egfr is 80. do these results show that i already have chronic kidney disease?

You should see a kidney doctor or nephrologist. The protein in your urine with a normal creatinine could indicate you are in the early stages of renal disease and it is likely treatable at this stage. A kidney doctor could put you on medication, diet and monitor your kidney function over time. Good luck!
