I have a hiatal hernia, gastritis and esophagitis. i ate 6 hours ago and once i laid down i got this very strong stinging chest pain across my whole chest. never had it this bad before. now im feeling really nauseous from it. help please im worried?

It could be from your hiatal hernia and should get better. Take your medicine for esophago-gastritis. take liquids for a day and if not better see your Gastro for re-evaluation. Hope you feel better.
