My alp was slightly elevated but all other enzymes completely normal what does that mean? do i have cirrhosis?

As far as origin for the elevated alk phos liver and/or bone should be considered as possible sources. While early cirrhosis cannot be ruled out, it would be unusual to present with minimal changes as mentioned. Your doc will be best to place abnormal findings in proper context.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data is not diagnostic of cirrhosis nor does it exclude it. Wish you good health!
