More info needed: Abnormal liver enzymes can have several causes, among them alcohol use, medications and hepatitis. A diagnosis of cirrhosis can not be made with only this information.

Not necessarily, but: ...stop alcohol now. If from inflammation of liver, may be due to viral infection (cytomegalovirus, epstein-barr virus, a, b, c, d, etc), familial diseases (hemochromatosis, wilson's, alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency, etc), infiltrative disease (steatohepatitis from fatty liver, granulomatous hepatitis, foreign body reaction), toxic (alcoholic, tylenol), ischemic, congestive, pregnancy-related, etc.
