Ast is 54. i dont take meds or drink alcohol. how do i lower it? alt, alp and all other labs normal. concerned for cancer(liver, pancreas, ovary) or cirrhosis or nonalcoholic fatty liver?

There are many possible causes, impossible to guess. With such minimal elevation, maybe nothing is wrong at all. If it persists, you'll need to see a physician in person for comprehensive evaluation. Good luck.

As I mentioned earlier, this mild elevation is not diagnostic of any disease. At this stage, it not a cause for concern. Talk to your doctor about repeating the test in 6 months or so.
