I was diagnosed with nafld in march. i had 2 enzymes elevated. in may, i got blood work done. one enzyme was normal and the other was significantly lower. ive lost some weight, but recently havent been eating the best. im worried about cirrhosis?

It will take a long time for NAFLD-related liver cirrhosis to happen so stop your worry but concentrate on your diet and exercise then you can stabilize or reverse the process. Good luck.
