The first studies reveal mild abnormalities which reverted to normal once the paracetamol adverse effects ceased. Net result, never return to this medicine or tylenol, and you should not have worries.

If your liver function tests have returned to normal, then the likely culprit was the paracetamol. You will need to avoid taking this to avoid doing damage to your liver in the future. Are you overweight? If so, fatty liver may also be contributing so weight loss would be helpful. You can see a liver specialist to guide your treatment. Best of luck to you!

Agree with Drs. F and M. Avoid paracetamol and alcohol. If you are overweight, losing weight is imperative. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get Covid vaccine. Wish you good health!
