Clearly there is liver damage and perhaps active inflammation. It's not possible say anything about particular causes -- the same lab test results could result from alcoholic hepatitis, cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, or other causes. Regardless of the direct cause, continued alcohol is likely to be damaging and dangerous. Keep working with your doctor. Good luck.
