Not in a short period of time and you do not have any symptom. Consuming high protein diet should be avoided in people with liver and kidney disease and those with history of kidney stone(s). Symptoms in these pathologic conditions will vary. E.g. too much protein intake for a person with liver failure will bring out the encephalopathic symptoms such as confusion, tremor, coma, etc.
