For years i get twitches all over my body. for the past 3 weeks now my hand has been twitching. it feels pretty constant with small breaks. it moves my index finger. its my hand i use for writing and typing. no other symptoms. should i go in or wait?

I have very minor twitching at base of left thumb (when I move the thumb closer to my index finger, it trembles a little). I jammed said thumb 2+ years ago. I'm right handed. Could that have caused this twitching? I have no known health issues.
Yoga poses caused tingling of hand+ twitching of finger. 3 week of yoga later symptom now less. Did it help or did i kill off the nerve?
