I am 45 and male. serum iga at 472 mg/dl and an apparent polyclonal gammopathy iga kappa/lambda typing appear increased. serum free light chain: high kappa 35 mg/l, lambda normal 17.8 mg/l and a ratio of 1.97. is this myeloma? no m-protein found?
