Carpal tunnel: Likely carpal tunnel syndrome. The nerve (usually median) gets compressed causing pin/needles sensation. The artery also runs through the same canal so it may get compressed cutting off a little blood supply resulting in slight pallor compared to the other hand. Take frequent breaks and stretch your hands and wrists.
