I often switch letters in a word, like doen for done, but only when typing. i thought one hand must type faster than the other. i am concerned it is getting worse recently as has my balance, when i am not standing flat on both feet. what is this?

Start with GP: Neurologic problems often manifest in persons over 65. Start with your GP for a complete neurological exam. If there are any deficiencies or anomalies, your GP will refer you to a neurologist for further workup.

? aging or more: Some of what you describe could be secondary to your age, but maybe it would be prudent to check for B-12 deficiency, degenerative changes in brain, medication reactions. Since numerous considerations, suggest screen these issues and pursue what appears to be persistent or worsening.
