What to do for vertigo i have symptoms of vertigo for 1.5 months and taking serc 24 and paxil for about 1 month. but condition of spinning sensation is now getting worse?

Unlikely that the described medications have caused any of this, especially in view of timing. Possible that this is an inner ear issue, and otological/ audiological tests will guide diagnosis. Many conditions can contribute to this, including metabolic and endocrine imbalances. Get this fully evaluated.
