Dizziness started aug 22nd 2021.no other symptoms.1wk later, ent sees middle ear infection with effusion, prescribes betahistine 8mg 2/day & xozal 1/day for 1mon, augmentin for 10d.neurol. cleared, bp okay, gluc. ok, b12,d,iron ok. why still dizzy?

You need to be evaluated to see if the fluid is absorbed by some tests. And if it is see a neurologist again for re evaluation
