I (70y.o, hypertension, early stage parkinsondisease) had dizziness every morning when getting up from bed & unequal pupil size.i took betahistine dihydrochloric 24 mg od, flunarizine 5 mg 2dd1 for 7d. no dizziness now. is this sign of stroke?
