I have vertigo and taking serc for this. lately i've bad vertigo symptoms and have weird sensation in legs, cheeks and lips. are these connected?

Possibly yes: Vertigo can be due to: lyme, inner ear anomalies (infection, autoimmune effects, tumor), meniere's disease (which can be made worse with stress, lack of sleep). Certain viruses can cause other symptoms at in other locations. See a good ENT md for evaluation. (if it is meniere;s janet callahan at mgh in boston is an expert in treating this.).
