Get vaccinated and you will not have to worry or concern yourself with alternative treatments!!! They have political fears over the vaccine is unfortunate.

A virtual consult with Healthtap is available. Cardiac complications as part of long term consequences of the infection may occur even after a mild infection. The treatment is effective in reducing the severity of COVID-19 disease. More severe disease is associated with cardiac disease potentially.

MCA treatment is a way to reduce the advance of the disease before it is well established.Use as soon as initial symptoms are evident, generally within the 1st 5 days, are more likely to prevent such complications. It loses some of its protective function if given too late. Some sites do not give the infusion/shot after 10 days /if pt on oxygen or hospitalized. Care is specific to the patient.

Monoclonal antibody treatment seems to reverse the infection if given in timely fashion, as noted. Myocarditis is associated rarely with Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, usually in younger patients. Congenital heart disease might portend a risky prognosis if an infection occurred. Vaccination should be considered here. A cardiologist should decide whether ECHO is useful.

Get Covid vaccination, risk of vaccination, if any, is miniscule when compared with risk of SARS CoV-2 infection.

The main concern with monoclonal antibody administration is allergic type reactions. I believe in taking an antihistamine an hour or so before the treatment is administered. I don't think that any direct cardiac injury is a concern. Unless you note any cardiac symptoms after the administration such as breathing problems or marked weakness, I don't think an echocardiogram is warranted.
