Diclofenac EC is better for heart burn because it is not released until medication gets down to the intestine but its systemic effect is still not good for the stomach and high BP. You can take it for a short time, less than 1 week, then take it as needed only, watching your blood pressure. Celecoxib is preferred due to stomach issue but it still can exacerbate BP, please discuss with you doctor.
