Yes but..: If you can gently brush them that would be better than rinsing.

Not a good idea: The cleaner you keep your mouth, the sooner you will feel better. Rinsing w mouthwash just makes the mouthwash manufacturer richer. Mouthwash removes about 1% of harmful bacteria, brushing about 2/3 of bacteria, and floss/WaterPik the remaining 1/3. Brush 2x/day for 2 full minutes by clock w soft t'brush. Floss daily. If teeth sore take 1 200mg Ibuprofen (Advil/Nuprin) every 4 hours.
