The wording suggests a new fracture through the location of an old fracture or true "non-union" which is a worrisome condition where the bone will not come together and heal. You need to have this evaluated by a bond doctor in your country to see if it can be treated successfully. Non=unions can create a permanent disability.

Non healing fractures have to be evaluated and treated properly as they may result in long term disability. Your Ortho doc will be best if having one, if not start with your GP who will be able to coordinate locally with Ortho.
