Rest, ice and:: Start with resting and icing it to cool things down, an acewrap to support it would be helpful. Gentle exercises would be helpful, within limits of discomfort initially, and gradually increase them as pain reduces. Nsaids like Ibuprofen type medication would help. I am sure you'll be painfree in about 5-10 days time. If not see your doctor.
