When one gains weight, it isn't just in one particular part of the body, so even if you did gain some weight in two weeks, it would be negligible in your neck. You may still be a bit swollen from the procedure. You can always visit your surgeon for a post operative evaluation.

It is Likely some swelling after activity. This happens normally and can occur for one or two months. Use ice to decrease the swelling and anticipate gradual decrease.
