I recommend you notify your surgeon. Until then, ice and compression. If there is redness, warmth, red streaking or you start to get fever and chills please go to the emergency room.

Since this is your second time it may take somewhat longer for the tissues to heal. Would be patient and follow the instructions given to you by your physician who performed the lipo in terms of medications or topicals you need to use.
