So i got chin lipo/ neck jaw lipo a month ago and under my chin/jaw in numb and i cant feel when im scratching. does this mean the area is still swelling and going to go down? its still kinda puffy there too?

What made you get a lipo at your age? If you are overweight, you need to lose weight, localized lipo may only add to your problems, as you are experiencing now. You need to talk to the doctor who performed the procedure. Wish you good health!
