Dr miller has patents on breast implants/expanders and a sternal talon reconstructive device and has performed hundreds of sternal procedures to repair fractures and infections. He has performed the first rib reconstruction stem cell procedure to repair a large cancerous defect, and multiple reconstructive breast procedure since. He is a board certified plastic surgeon and has been the chair of plastic surgery at the largest hospital in Oklahoma. He has been the president of the Oklahoma plastic surgery society and is an active faculty member at both area medical schools. He was surgery director at cancer treatment centers of America for twenty years. He has numerous publications in peer reviewed journals in such diverse areas as burn therapy, rib reconstruction, and cosmetic surgery.
