Best is to consult an ENT physician, as much of what constitutes hearing loss may be simple cerumen ("ear wax") accumulation and medication does not clear this muting effect effectively, and the "ear wax" has to be manually removed.

You can try Nasonex nasal spray OTC which reduces the inflammation in your nose (rhinitis) then it may open the eustachhian tube.
