Every time i have to burp the air rushes through my eustachian tube and hits my eardrums. this issue has been going for about a year after i did the valsalva maneuver. i have read that nasal drops may help but i heard they can also worsen symptoms?

That means your eustaschian tubes are open so nothing is wrong. Why do you want to stop that? Does it hurt?

ENT suggested I use nasal irrigation to help with eustachian tube dysfunction and now feels like fluid is stuck behind eardrum with tremendous pain and pressure. Eardrum has small perforation but pressure pain remains. Is there a way to clear it?
