Got fluid behind ear drum; not infected; been about 6 months; the ringing has improved a lot but still there. think it drained. can't afford to go back now and know ent will cost even more, but can ent see in the eustachian tubes? what do they do?

Ive had fluid behind my ear for about a week and a half now. I cant hear at all. My Eustachian tubes are opening, but it doesnt seem like the fluid is draining. Im taking musinex, Flonase, and Cefdinir 300 mg twice a day. Nothing works.Any ideas?
Had fluid behind 1 eardrum, it's gone now, but still have ringing in ear(barely noticeable). Is it possible that there is some mucous in eustachian tube that you can't see? Could covid cause this? Been 4 months about 99% better; how much longer?
