Been 3.5 weeks since l middle ear infection, my left eustachian tube or ear drum clicks,pops sounds louder than my other ear, ent is happy with my ear can't find anything wrong, he said it could be fluid?? i don't have a feeling of fullness anymore

Sounds pretty nl: It can take several weeks for the fluid buildup and Eustachian tube swelling that preceded the ear infection to return to normal after all the germs are gone. If you have allergies or other such issues it can take longer. No germs=no need to treat but some need for patience.
