Clindamycin, like all antibiotics, can cause diarrhea. This diarrhea can be concerning and may need another antibiotic to treat it. I highly recommend can contact a doctor as soon as you can. You may need to stop the clindamycin right away-.

Yes, most commonly an antibiotic induced diarrhea, but sometimes C diff colitis, which needs to be treated differently. Informing your prescriber would be best as to getting a good plan going forward.
