Fever and bloody diarrhea are symptoms of an inflammatory colitis. Infectious etiology is possible especially you traveled recently. Inflammatory bowel disease such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn disease needs to be ruled out if symptoms persist. Late side effect of Clindamycin is less likely but still possible. You should see your doctor if symptoms persist past this week or worsen. Take care.

Probably not food poisoning or affect of antibiotic. Please see Dentist for tooth/gum issues. Antibiotic will control, not cure. Oral disease control required. As to your GI symptoms, please promptly see Endocrinologist.
