39yr female. explosive diarrhea 5 days 5-10x a day with continuing stomachache and headache. current scripts: metformin, spironolactone, famotadine. also started cycle 2.5 weeks early. not normal for me. dr says take imodium. should i be concerned?

You should have this checked, especially with the ongoing symptoms you mention. This sounds like an acute issue and you need to be examined and have a stool sample analyzed in the lab. You may have an infection that needs treatment. You can go to an urgent care to be evaluated. Good luck to you!

I have a headache, loose stools, loss of appetite and stomach ache.
Seems like im having very watery diarrhea stools every 2-3 days. No more than twice a day for the last week. Should i be concerned or continue imodium (loperamide)?
My symptoms: diarrhea for five days (imodium seems to help but then it returns), fast heart rate (130bpm) when standing, fatigue, headaches. Ive had covid vaccine and went to ER where they did normal blood work and normal EKG. Please help?
Can metformin cause ulcers? I had diarrhea but there was black/dark liquid (blood? Can't tell) among normal-looking feces. I take victoza (liraglutide) as well.
