Patience: Imodium is just a modulator of the rhythm the body generates to signal or push out poop. People have a variable sensitivity to its effects. If you had loose stools for a while you have likely emptied most of what was there to poop. Once you stop the Imodium, it leaves your body and your system will reset.

Stop imodium: However if you have had problem with diarrhea (I am uncertain that your symptoms fit the definition however) for some time, you need to consult a gastroenterologist. At your age, any sudden change in bowel habits warrant an evaluation.

A bit unclear : Exactly what is going on. As another doctor on HealthTap mentioned, your description of stool as tiny pieces isn’t what would normally be called diarrhea, as that suggests liquid stool. Imodium is used when a person has a significant amount of liquid stool. If you are having difficulty passing any stool, Imodium could worsen this. Consider reaching back out to your physician.
