My symptoms: diarrhea for five days (imodium seems to help but then it returns), fast heart rate (130bpm) when standing, fatigue, headaches. ive had covid vaccine and went to er where they did normal blood work and normal ekg. please help?

Follow up will be needed and at a minimum stool studies. Your symptoms suggest dehydration and may not be related to the vaccine. Best with your primary care doc that can further coordinate as needed work up or referral to a specialist.

Agree with Dr. P. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion about the cause of your diarrhea without additional information and may be some laboratory tests. Taking Imodium for a few days will not cause harm. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
