On day 5 of covid infection, after losing my smell sense, i now don't smell anything, except a constant non stop burnt odor, how can i get rid of it, it's very bothersome?

You are not alone. Others have experienced same thing, some reported weird smell like rotten meat , sewage, rotten eggs,moldy socks commonly triggered by most odors, perfume, frying smell and meat. Some recovered in 3 weeks, 2 months to 6- 9 months . There’s no treatment but you can avoid triggers and sniffling a series of strong odors everyday to help retrain your ability to smell . Steroids, either by mouth or topical nasal steroid sprays, can sometimes work (data is lacking on this).
