Day 9 of covid, it was a mild infection. only symptoms left are very mild nasal congestion and 50% loss of taste and smell. is it safe to exercise? no fever since day 3?

Exercise means different things to different folks. I think it is safe as long as you monitor your well- being during the activity. As soon as you feel winded or lightheaded it would be time to reduce the activity and rest. It might be a good plan to do half of what you usually do and do a self-assessment before moving on.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. Resume your exercise at a very low intensity and duration. One complication of Covid infection is myocarditis. Gradually increase the intensity and duration. If you experience any untoward symptoms, stop the exercise and see a doctor. Wish you good health!
