I would expect urologist will just reassure you because you are asymptomatic at this time and he will order another urinalysis within the next three months or sooner if you have urinary symptoms, from then he will decide if you need further work-up such as CT scan of the urinary tract or cystoscopy. In the meantime, try to increase fluid intake for an average of 2 liters of urine a day.

squamous cells can be normally be present in a non-catheter specimen of urine. If you have no symptoms have a repeat urine exam of a clean catch mid stream urine specimen. In the meantime keep vaginal area clean, drink plenty of water, avoid constipation and empty your bladder when you get the urge- to protect yourself against future infections.
