What could these mean in a urinalysis (doc says it's not a uti despite symptoms) leukocyte: pos, bacteria: +1, squamous epithelial: +1 lpk, mucus: +1?

Contamination: The squamous epithelial cells indicate that some of your vaginal secretions got into the urine. These contain leukocytes so all bets are off. Very abundant leukocytes with symptoms might still support a urinary tract infection.
