There are still signs of inflammation but it does not mean the infection is still active if you are symptoms free and urine culture is negative. Most of the time, we do not recheck the urine unless patient has persistent symptoms after an antibiotic course. You were, in fact, received a relatively long course of bactrim so I assume you were treated for a suspected upper urinary tract infection.

If you do not have any symptoms then have a repeat UA with clean catch midstream specimen to avoid contamination as this report could be from contamination.. If still symptomatic pl see your doc or Urologist again. Pl drink some water, keep area clean, dont hold urine, and avoid constipation. I hope you do well.
