How do i go about getting a drs note to get out of doing college presentations? i discovered i have some sort of social anxiety after doing one and i cant afford a therapist to diagnose?

Doctors notes can be issued on existent, documented diagnoses or symptoms being worked up for a diagnosis. Your best chance remains your pediatrician that has access to your history and can coordinate locally as needed.

One need not see a therapist, because most Colleges have Free Counsellors for students. Besides take time to talk to the Teacher or Professor can alley a lot of fears.
