I have anxiety and i'm currently working with a therapist, i have to get a covid third dose and i'm afraid my heart will be racing during the process, can i take a quarter propranolol before getting the shot ? i usually take it in anxious situations?

If this has been prescribed by your doc for such situations it is fine. I have no reason to believe it would interfere with the vaccine or its effectiveness. The rapid heart rate in such situations do not damage it. Do what you need to get through each day.

What did you do for the first two doses? You survived them so feel good about . Don't take any medications unless prescribed by your doctor. Build up your confidence and feel good about yourself, and wear earphones with soothing music while getting your COVID shot.
