Cognitive Behavioral: CBT is also known as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Often useful for depression and anxiety. Because it is so effective, particularly in conjunction with medication, most clinics offer this form of treatment. You may be able to find a clinic or provider who has a sliding scale.
