Are all irregular shaped moles melenoma? i have a 3-4mm irregular shaped mole. it also has uneven borders. i have an appointment in two months with a dermatologist. nothing sooner available. is it likely melenoma?

can't say without an exam. Try finding a Dermatologist who would see you sooner or see a General surgeon- which might be faster.

I had a sudden mole show up on my smallest toe, I'm not sure how long it's been there but I would say pretty recently. Within a few months. I have pictures of it.
