I recently started taking a lot of different vitamins and my cycle stopped its been 3 months a lil spot here or there but what i noticed is it's blood in my stool not a whole lot but i see it i'm really scared is this colon cancer 35 years old?

From your description -no. Pl stop all OTC meds and only take them under the supervision of your MD. If you continue to see blood have your MD check you out for both your'cycle and bleeding
