Hematochexia: Negative sigmoidoscopy and CT sacn of pelvis and Abdomen. May need a full colonoscopy doubt colon cancer for 3 years without significant progression. Other cause like IBD more likely

Would symptomatic colon cancer be missed on 3 separate CT scans? I am only 37 but have had narrow stools and small amounts of blood for past year.
I did a CT scan came back negative for diverticulitis but showed a narrowing of the colon. 3cm. Other organs are ok. Does it mean I have colon cancer? I have no blood in stool but I had two episode of complete blockage with vomiting. Colonoscopy next
