35 year old male. im sure i have colon cancer. i had symptoms last week including blood on my stool only once though. my belly pain is gone that i did have. no visible blood that i could see. i have been frequently urinating?

You've diagnosed yourself based on a stomach ache and a one time instance of blood in your stool. To ease your mind, have a gastroenterologist examine you and advise you. You may be suffering from something as simple as a hemorrhoid. Can't diagnose colon cancer by your one time symptoms.
