Are the combination of an hiv rna pcr test at precisely five weeks and an hiv 4th generation combination test at six weeks conclusive? i had also taken another 4th generation test at 3.5 weeks all negatives?

That combination of tests is conclusive, although some experts would also recommend a final AgAb (4th generation) blood test at least 6 weeks after the exposure.
