I took an hiv 4th gen test at 3.5 weeks, an rna pcr test at 5.5 weeks, a 4th gen test at six weeks, and a rapid point of care 4th gen test at eight weeks. all of these tests have been negative. can i breathe again? are these tests conclusive?

If you are worried about HIV then there are other things to still be concerned about . See an infectious disease doctor

You did not catch HIV from the exposure 8 weeks ago. That does not exclude infection with other sexually transmitted infections. It would be prudent to consult a doctor.
